I really enjoyed this game, it's a must-have for any fan of the series. I bought it on both PS4 and PC. The Road to Boruto DLC is solid too.

In the end I found Naruto to be a great experience, and also developed an appreciation for the series. I may never cosplay as any of the characters, but over the course of the time I spent with the title, I found myself engrossed in the story and loving the frantic ninja warfare.

Fans will love how Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 captures the look and carnage of Naruto's anime battling, but it's too restrictive and repetitive to convince as a standalone fighting game.

And while console gamers have an overabundance of fighting games to choose from, Ninja Storm 4 is one of the few AAA fighting games that has transitioned to PC, so that in itself gets a thumbs up from me.

I like the intensity of the combat, the visual design in the game and its faithfullness to Narutos story and universe, but it doesn’t hold my interest for more than an hour at a time.

The swan song of Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 couldn't be louder with this fantastic release that improves upon so much from previous titles.

Bandai Namco & CyberConnect2 trully made a master piece and a grand finalle with Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4. The Storm series was a huge success from the beginning that created a big impact for Naruto fans and gamers around the world.Naruto Storm 4 is the best in the series due to many reasons and i will tell you why.Storm 4 crosses to the next gen hardware for the first and the last time and offerd CC2 developers the possibility to achieve major improvements in visual graphics, cinematics with interactive actions, particle system and a dynamic and fluent gameplay with the new features as leader change system(finally), charge dashes, link awakenings and more rounds for god sake. All of this with the bigger rouster ever that has 103 characters and with all the upcoming DLC's, the rouster will expand to 120+ characters and the story will have new chapters from The Last Naruto and Boruto Movie. Only two features are missing from this game wich I think they are essential and I hope CC2 will implement those as an update in order to have wall battles and justsu clashes. Many Storm fans would love to happen.Sadly to know that this is the end of the Naruto manga and anime, the Storm series has to end too. It was a beautiful story wich will last forever in every Naruto's fan heart, believe me. In this mod you can form a team to take main and secondary missions, travel from a village to another, gather items and collectibles, free battles and bingo book for top wanted ninjas.Online battles has a issue due to the insane number of player online on servers but in rest everything works fine. You can personalize your ninja card as in previous games but with even more titles, pictures etc. and meet new players all around the world to battle for the title of #1Hokage of all times or just for fun.I conclusion, Naruto Storm 4 is beautiful and it closes the series with a grand finalle.Looking forward for the DLC's and keep the comming Matsuyama Sensei. #Datebayo

If this is indeed the last chapter of CyberConnects beat-em-up saga, it is a worthy farewell. You can’t expect anything new or revolutionary but you’ll get a content rich brawler with a distinctive anime-design.

I do wish for more fighters in the game like the Anbu from Clash of Ninja 2 along with the 2 new antagonists from Clash of ninja 2 along with other gripes that I emailed Namco Bandai about (stated they would send my thoughts and concerns to the correct department) and etc. All and all, while the PC port needs to be patched...BUY THE CONSOLE VERSIONS and hell even the pre-order DLC is well worth it! This game helped me ease my rage of Killerincompletestinct on Xbox One, MKX XL and Street Fighter V: Lackluster edition. A wonderful yet debatable way to end the fighting game series. The ending of the story is amazing and quite a lot more emotional than I thought it would be.The fighting itself is a fun, however the lack of any substantial combo system leaves is notable. Thankfully the movement system combined with chakra charging, blocking and substitutions help make battles more tense and I enjoyed not having to flick through menus to learn combos for each character.Comparing the adventure mode to the free roaming of Rise of a Ninja and Broken Bonds tainted the experience for me. There is no vertical movement at all, so you're basically just walking down different textured hallways, going back and forth and occasionally getting into fights. I kind of wish they spent a bit more time and budget into making this mode more substantial, however the game still provides a lot of content as it is.Overall, a well told story and excellent fighting system with an insane amount of characters. A must have for any Naruto fan (even a fairly casual one such as myself).

The game offers a crazy amount of playable characters (over 60) and a wide variety of ways to play. In my one day with the game so far I got to play the story entirely, as well as play a few online matches. The story has many big moments that feel larger than anything I could have imagined for the series. Now this did result in a few frame rate dips, sometimes dropping into the range of 10 fps. Another issue, although not as big of a deal was that dialogue didn't line up with animation almost all of the time. Game mechanics were solid, although difficulty would randomly spike at times. Also some of the big moments like playing as Kurama did feel a little clunky at first before getting the grip. Over all the story while playing out much like a movie, was an epic finale to the beloved story of Naruto Uzumaki. Now on to the multiplayer. For the most part the characters feel well balanced with the exception of a few "boss" characters from the story. There was some lag at times playing online, but this could be attributed to a rush of players on the servers on day 1. Over all, a game that is well worth the money, with forgivable mistakes that may very well be fixed in the near future. The game served as an excellent send off for our ninja heroes, and while they will be missed, we will hear from them again soon, through monthly dlc for the next 3 months, that will include new story content, new costumes, voices, playable characters, and more.

But when finally playing it on my own HD tv, I can honestly say that the graphical improvement is minimal, yet noticeable.The trademark boss battles return in story mode, which brilliantly retells and captures the climax story of the fourth great ninja war. This is great because for anime fans who have had enough of filler, this game is a must play.Also with regards to combat this time around, types are now gone. Which means no more having to choose awakening, drive or ultimate type before a match, you have access to a characters entire repertoire. The disgraceful counter system that was in storm revolution has also been adjusted, now in only knocks away your opponent instead of stunning them. The new leader switching is great fun and adds new dynamics to gameplay and of course the number of new secret techniques and combination secret techniques are just incredible. They are visual spectacles of beauty.There's so much more to talk about, but what I've just mentioned is what I feel is most important. Online play is pretty much the same as it's always been, so I won't really go into that, few changes here and there but nothing huge. This is a must buy for all Naruto fans.

Holy Ninja! This looks absolutely amazing! Cyberconnect2 basically took everything good about the series, and made it bigger, funnier and ridiculously more spectacular. It truly is a foolishly over the top game, and one that was obviously inspired by Asura’s Wrath, but it works wonders. Definitely the best chapter in the series. It really blows the anime out of the water, and is a must for fans of the manga. As for the netcode... it’s still a bit meh.

What i got however was multiple still images with effects plastered on the top earlier on in the game then later a cascade of cutscenes to break up bossfights that feel like they should be hard but end up being very easy. In ninja storm 3 it felt like you were playing the story, being able to move around the world and take part in side missions and extra stuff, in this its boss battle>exhibition>boss battle>exhibition which left me with a sour taste in my mouth as this feels like a huge leap backwards in terms of how the story is being told in the game. Add as many impressive special effects as you want it wont stop the fact that this feels like playing the arcade mode of a generic beatemup rather than a story over 10 years in the making in the fact that i could just get the same effect playing the online mode and watching the anime. also the literally translated japanese dialogue and narration comes across as stilted and awkward compared to how it felt in the manga, could be that it is more noticed due to the impressive amount of exhibition in the game.

Naruto: Suns 4 is the perfect evolution of a franchise that's been around for many years. With a huge roster, an excellent history mode and its spectacular play-style, this one is a game that every otaku must play.

Stunning to behold and hugely enjoyable to play, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 can sometimes prove frustrating, but once you get to grips with it and master its combat, enjoying the blistering battles that ensue is a joy.
